Exchange "On behalf of" not reaching mailbox
Hi Folks,I'm having a problem with some emails we are receiving.We have a large DL. Members of the DL include public folders and users. This DL is to receive messages from a Ship. We have tested the DL and it works fine from internal and external mail.The problem is that there are 2 computers on the vessel. One of the comptuers sends as the MASTER (captain) the other sends on behalf of of the master. The messages directly from the captain come in no problem at all. However, the messages sent from the other computer (on behalf of) are not recieved in user mailboxes - they do appear in the public folders.So when messages come in like this:*Vessel name* [master@*************.com]; on behalf of; "MASTER"They do not appear in the mailboxes of users but do appear in the public folders. We have had a look in junk mail on the outlook clients, but they do not appear there either.All users are using outlook 2003. The exchange version is 6.5.7638.1Thank you for any help you can give!Regards

Some more info:We have traced the emails coming into the exchange system. Exchange shows the mail as being routed to the mailboxes, but still it doesn't appear in peoples inbox.We have had 1 user out of about 20 who has actually received the mail in their outlook client. We can't see any difference in the security settings for this 1 user.I will add more if we find anything else.
